Located in Uxbridge, Ontario, UXBRIDGE PILATES is a fully equipped studio offering private, semi-private and small group training. Each session is designed to meet the needs of the participants.
These workouts are appropriate for anyone regardless of age or level of activity. We specialize in working with people who have injuries or other conditions as well as those looking to increase their fitness level.

My experience at Uxbrige Pilates Training Centre was a very positive one! Driving up a country lane into this idyllic setting beside a small pond overlooking a growing apple orchard was welcoming and tranquil – perfect for stretching my body and mind for 3 days of training. Once inside, we were greeted with tea/coffee and freshly baked treats in the comfortable sitting area just off the studio. This set the tone for the rest of the delicious food we received all weekend. So spoiled! The studio itself is beautiful and bright with big windows and skylights and lots of equipment and props. It felt spacious but cosy at the same time. I will definitely return for more training at this location (less than an hour from down town Toronto) – hopefully in the summer when we can enjoy our breaks outside on the gorgeous property.
